Our fees and payment options
We aim to make our services accessible and easy to understand. Here's a breakdown of our current fees and how you can manage your payments.

As we establish ourselves, we have discounted our usual fees for a limited time.
Privately paid sessions do not include Medicare rebates as there is no requirement for referral or the additional requirements associated with a referral. This allows more flexibility with session fees.

Medicare rebates for sessions
Accessing Medicare rebates can significantly reduce the out-of-pocket cost of your psychological support. Here’s how Medicare rebates work with BeChillTherapy.
You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $101.55 per session if you have a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from your regular Doctor.
For Medicare Rebates the referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan must be:
- obtained prior to the appointment
- from your regular Doctor (GP or Medical Practitioner)
You may need to nominate your Doctor as your regular Doctor by speaking with their office and completing a medicare form before the Doctor would provide a Mental Health Treatment Plan. Sometimes they require a history of visits with the referring Doctor to demonstrate that they are a regular Doctor. Please speak with the Doctor's office about this process.
The Medicare rebate is available for up to 10 sessions per calendar year and up to 6 sessions per referral. For more information in your specific situation please contact us below or speak with your regular GP.
Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- After session:
- Most major cards through online payments with a service fee of 1.7%.
- The service charge is billed by the payment processor not BeChillTherapy
- Before sessions:
- Direct Deposit
