Cancellation and rescheduling policy
To ensure fairness to all clients and efficient scheduling, our cancellation policy applies to all cancellations and reschedules within 48 hours of the start time.

A late cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee will apply for cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.

A cancellation fee of 100% of the session fee will apply for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we appreciate as much notice as possible for any changes to your appointment.

If you need to cancel within the 48 hour window, you also have the option of attending the session if you can ensure privacy for some time. We may be able to provide a privately-funded, shortened session to make use of the cost of the cancellation fee. Unfortunatley we are unable to use the medicare rebate in these instances.
